kudowrite is not responsible for the availability or behaviour of those third-party services.
You are responsible for obtaining and securing your own OpenRouter API key. Any charges incurred on your OpenRouter account are your responsibility. kudowrite stores your key only in your browser's localStorage and never transmits it to any server operated by kudowrite.
kudowrite is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. The app may contain bugs, go offline, or stop working at any time. We make no guarantees about the accuracy, reliability, or availability of the service or the AI-generated content it produces.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the developer of kudowrite shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app — including but not limited to loss of data or content.
These terms may be updated from time to time. The "Last updated" date will reflect any changes. Continued use after an update constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
